2. Non-Refundable Items
Trial periods (if any) and services that have been used extensively are generally not eligible for refunds.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email our support team with your order details and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days upon approval.
